My Daily Tip - Drink Water!
It appears that cellulite is largely caused by inadequate intake of water. If you want your skin as smooth as possible, you should drink 8 glasses of water per day. I know it seems hard to remember to drink water, we live in a throbbing rythm. How do we do then? A friend of mine used a tool as simple as it is effective: she put an alarm on the phone that reminds her periodically, with a gurgling sound, that it's time to hydrate.
